We got back from San Diego and then my sister had her
wedding the following weekend.
Sean and I had the entire week off still. We headed down to Corvallis 2 days before the wedding in
time for a large family dinner at my parent’s house. We also had the Rehearsal dinner the next day, which was a
lot of fun. It was at the wedding
site. Brandon had a lot of fun
playing with his second cousin Jamie (my cousin’s Trevor’s son) as well as my
friend Katie’s son Duncan. They
chased each other all around the wedding site and then would jump on each
other. So cute!

On the wedding day, Tory and I got our hair done and it
looked really good. Then we went to the site and helped Rachel get ready. My sister’s wedding dress was so pretty
and she looked so beautiful in it!
We took some photos before the wedding on my camera and then I will rely
on the photos from the photographer for the ceremony shots. It was so nice again having so much of
my family visiting and a part of Rachel’s special day. Brandon was supposed to be the ring
bearer and walk down the aisle but he was fussy before the ceremony and never
made it down! There were 11 small
children at Rachel’s wedding so there was a lot of playmates for Brandon. It was also nice that my mom got
2 nannies to assist with watching some of the kids to give us a break.

Brandon definitely was the life of the party when the music
came on! He loved dancing with
especially pretty girls. He has
more rhythm than both Sean and I already at 20 months. He danced the night away and ended up
staying up until 11:45 PM, which is amazing! He was chatty and happy even on the way home. He amazed us as well because he was not
too cranky the next day even with staying up so late. We got home happy but tired and glad to be home. It felt like we had been traveling for
quite some time!
