Brandon's first football season

Brandon decided to play flag football this year with Tigard Football.  He got on the same team as a lot of his buddies at school including his buddy Colton and Riley.  The time commitment was not that much as he had one practice in the middle of the week and then a game on Saturdays.  The game was at 8:30 though in the morning before the game.  I would drop Olivia off at gymnastics and then go and watch the football game.  Brandon enjoyed playing football this season and learned a lot from the beginning of the season to the end.  The highlight of his season was scoring a touchdown.  His team was quite good and won quite often.  There were many players on his team who had played since kindergarten.  Brandon did well and held his own since this was his first season.

Olivia's fun soccer season

Olivia played on her first all girl soccer team this fall.  She had tried soccer last year when she was barely four and enjoyed running around but did not go after the ball much.  She also played with boys as well.  This year on her kindergarten team she got to play on an all girl team and her best friend Addie was on her team and Addie's dad Taylor was the coach and Sean was the assistant coach.  Practice was once a week on Wednesdays and games on Saturdays.  Olivia got a bit tired as she had to do soccer after dance on Wednesdays and after gymnastics on Saturdays but she did great this year.  She was aggressive and ran after the ball and scored several goals.  She enjoyed playing with her teammates and had a good attitude and cheered them on.  She improved a lot from when she first started playing to her last game.  She enjoyed it so much that she wanted to do another spring season!
