Roloff Family Farm fun 2018

This year I went to the Pumpkin Patch twice-once with the kids and Brooke and her kids and then once with Brandon and Brooke and Logan and Lulu with Brandon's Cub Scouts.  Both times were really fun and we lucked out with really good weather both times.  We went with Brooke and Logan, Addie, and Luke to the Pumpkin Patch on a Friday (a teacher work day) in the middle of October.  We went to Roloff Family Farms again and got there just after they opened.  We thought about trying a new place but some of the new places seemed pretty crowded and the kids loved Roloff Farms last year.  We started off going on the hay ride around the property as the lines can get really busy later in the day.

Cute picture of all the kids-Luke didn't want to stay still!

After we finished the hayride we did some of the other fun activities including mini golf, playing in a large sand box, climbing the hay stacks, and going through the Spooky Forest.  The kids loved the Spooky forest and we went through it several times.  After that the kids had fun catapulting large balls, "mining" for gold, going down the tire slide, and bouncing on bouncy balls around hay barrels. Once we finished all these activities they were tired and hungry for lunch so we ate some lunch.

After lunch we went to the Pumpkin patch and fun looking at all the pumpkins.  The kids were in good spirits and allowed me to get some cute pictures of them amongst the pumpkins.  The kids all went on pony rides and had fun doing so.  We left just as it was starting to get really crowded in the early afternoon.  A really fun day!

Watch out for the huge pumpkin!

So heavy!
