Jog-A-Thon and Olivia's field trip to the Apple Orchard

The Jog-A-Thon this year unfortunately was a super rainy day so the kindergarten through second graders had to run in the gym.  Brandon was also home sick with the stomach flu so he couldn't participate.  I left Brandon at home for a bit and went to Olivia's Jog-A-Thon to cheer her on.  She did great but was a bit bummed as they were not allowed to run in the gym.  Olivia had been practicing running laps at Brandon's football practices for the Jog-A-Thon.  She is quite a good little runner.

In the middle of October I went with Olivia's class to the Apple Orchard.  Olivia had a blast going with her class on the field trip.  It was fun because I got to go with her class on the bus.  We got the apple orchard and the kids got to have lunch right away.  Then they got to play on the playground and feed the goats.  After that they got to learn about various kinds of apples and do yummy taste tests.  Then they got to go a fun wagon ride around the property.  Then it was time to go back to the school. It was a fun field trip!

So excited to go on the bus to her field trip
