The weekend before Halloween we went with our friend the Mowery's to the Sherwood YMCA Harvest Party. The kids all got to get dressed up in their costumes and they went trick or treating between various booths there. The kids loved dressing up and "practicing" trick or treating.

Brandon and Daddy worked hard on carving pumpkins two nights in a row during the week before Halloween. Brandon had a lot of fun carving with Daddy. Mommy even helped out the second night and carved a "happy" pumpkin.

Halloween this year was on a Friday, which was awesome so we didn't have to worry about going to work the next day. Unfortunately, Brandon did have a soccer game at 9:00 AM (his last of the season) the next morning. The kids got to wear their costumes to school. I took some time off work and went to both of their Halloween trick or treating activities around the businesses. It was so fun watching them trick or treat with their classmates.
