Pomerleau Family Blog: Fun Girls Trip to California

Last year, Brandon and I went to California to visit my sisters so this year Olivia and I went. We flew into Oakland airport on a Friday afternoon. In my haste to catch our flight, I forgot Olivia's booster seat in our car. Luckily, my sister was able to find one to borrow for the weekend. We took the BART to near my sister's house and then my brother in law Tom was able to pick us up. We went back to my sister's house and hung for a bit until we met my sister at a fun Beer/Food Garden. We got to pick up my niece Sierra at her daycare and Olivia liked seeing where Sierra went to school. We had a fun evening that ended with Sierra and Olivia getting to take a bath together.

The next day we headed to Los Gatos for the evening to hang out with my cousins Lauren and Alex. We got to Los Gatos late morning. We spent the afternoon swimming at my Aunt's pool, relaxing, and Olivia and I went to Target. We ended up grilling hamburgers and hot dogs that night and enjoyed being outside.

On Sunday we left my Aunt's house after breakfast and went back to Berkeley. We had fun hanging out around Tory's neighborhood and went to a fun park. We also went to a fun brewery near Tory's house. Olivia, Tory, and I had fun playing Connect 4. We packed up that night as we had to fly back home the next day on Monday. We flew back on Monday mid morning. We said our goodbyes to Sierra and Tory...it was such a fun trip!
