4th of July fell on a Saturday this year which was a waste in our mind as we couldn't go anywhere to see the fireworks as they were all canceled due to COVID. Sean's sister's family was coming back up from Eugene to their house in Washington and decided to stop for the day and night so the cousins could see each other and to celebrate the 4th with us. Sean's dad who was going up to their house to do some yard work also came up to celebrate. We were going to have our friend the Mowery's over but they decided with all the people there to skip it but we did have our neighbor's next door over the Scheff's. We had a pretty low key morning hanging out. Sean's sister's family arrived around 1:00 PM and the kids had fun going outside to play on the trampoline and playing in the playroom. Sean made carne asada and we all ate that and then the Scheff's came over. We had fun going back and forth between our houses and the kids got to go in their hot tub.

It got dark finally and we did the fireworks. I didn't get too many shots as I was talking to our neighbors most of the night. It was a fun night and so nice to socialize with others with the virus going on.
