Sean and I had been eyeing getting the kids a large trampoline for our backyard since the quarantine started since all the parks were closed and we thought it would be good exercise for the kids. I had picked out a brand and type I wanted but they were sold out. Finally close to midnight one night I happened to go onto Amazon and they were back in stock! I quickly ordered one and it came in early June. Sean set up the trampoline and then our good friends the Mowery's came over to jump. The trampoline is so much fun.

The week before school got out Olivia got to meet up with her friend Teodora who we had not seen since the day school got out in early March! Olivia hadn't seen her in 3 months. She was so excited to see her friend as she was used to seeing her every day in school. Olivia had used Viper to video chat with Teodora but there is nothing better than actually seeing your close friend in person! We met up with Teodora's family at a nearby berry farm-Hoffman Farms that was only 8 minutes from our house. It was strawberry season and we were excited to pick some Hood strawberries. The girls had a blast picking and trying out the strawberries. It was also very nice because there was hardly anyone else out there. We also got a large amount of very yummy strawberries!

The day before the last day of school we had a fun Cub Scout crossover parade outside of our house. Brandon's pack was able to complete all the requirements to become Webelos!
The kids were excited for the last day of school. I was super excited to take a break from required class assignments and to relax a bit with the school and work combo. We had celebratory cinnamon rolls for breakfast. The kids had a few fun assignments and final zoom meetings with their classes. Olivia's teacher Mrs. Lambert said nice things about each child which was very sweet. After classes were over one of the Alberta Rider moms set up to have Kona Ice (snow cone truck) come to a neighborhood near the school and so we went there and got some yummy snow cones. Then the kids celebrated the last day of school with our neighbors and then the Mowery's later in the night. It was a fun way to end the year and quite surreal. I felt relieved that we made it and now have a 2nd and a 4th grader!
