Disney on Ice!

My best friend Brooke took her little girl Addie last year to Frozen on Ice and raved about how much fun they had.  So, when she got early access to the tickets in the summer and asked if I wanted to go, I thought it would be really fun for us to go and have a girl date with our girls.  Fast forward about 4 months and both Olivia and Addie were going through a Tangled (Rapunzel) obsession (they finally moved on a bit from Frozen) and were both Rapunzel for Halloween (which was very convenient since Costco had a cute costume).  The girls were really excited to go and ironically both decided to retreat back to their Disney Frozen Elsa dresses and accessories for the show.  I picked up Brooke and Addie and we got Addie's car seat in our car and were on our way.  We arrived about 30 minutes before the show and had plenty of time to park and take our time to the show (and take a few photos outside the Moda Center).

The show ended up having a segment on Toy Story 3 (which was quite extensive and basically was a short summary of the entire movie), Little Mermaid, Cars, and then Frozen.  Logan and Brandon might have actually enjoyed the show since they both like Toy Story and Cars.  Our seats were not very expensive but were good and the girls had a blast.  At intermission we allowed the girls to get a $10 Little Mermaid snow cone, which they both enjoyed but sprayed ice everywhere.  The girls both loved the Frozen part of the show.  In all it was a really fun show and I am so glad we went.  We are already planning next year's show!
