The kids awoke on Christmas morning and let us sleep in until 8:00 AM! I took Lulu down to go potty and then the kids waited at the top of the stairs and then went down by age. I turned all the lights off in the house and just had the house lit with candles and our fireplace. It was very pretty and cozy. The kids looked for the pickle first in the Christmas tree that was hidden and brings them good luck and then they got to look at their stockings. Santa brought a lot of fun things to the kids in their stockings including blind bags and LOL dolls for Olivia, candy canes and other candies. Santa even brought some treats for Lulu in her stocking. I got some cute pictures of the kids before we started opening up all the Christmas presents.

We had a yummy breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, and cinnamon rolls and then the kids got to start opening up their presents. It was fun because it was really relaxed and the kids got to take their time opening up their presents. Some of the Christmas highlight presents this year for Brandon was lots of Pokemon cards and collections, a Harry Potter Hogwarts Hall lego set, the Nintendo Switch Mario Aces game, Clue, Googly Eyes, a Escape Room game, a remote control car, and a basketball hoop for our front yard. Olivia got lots of LOL dolls, the big LOL surprise case, a few fun games like Greedy Granny, a Lego Friends set, a new school doll, and the Target school house doll set. The kids really enjoyed their presents and it was a fun Christmas. Sean got apple air pods and a few fun apple watch and air pod accessories and clothes and I got some Victoria secret PJs, an apple watch charger, and some new head phones and some clothes form my parents.

Sean made a yummy Christmas dinner with prime rib and potatoes and broccoli. Then we had yummy marionberry pie for dessert from New Seasons. We ended Christmas night playing some of our fun new games including Greedy Granny and Googley Eyes. It was such a fun Christmas with just our family and so nice not to have to travel although we missed all of our family.
