We all went down to McMinnville to see baby Juniper a few weeks after she was born in April. The kids were excited to see their new cousin and to play with Jasper. We were amazed at how much dark hair baby Juniper had. It is always fun to get to snuggle a new baby.

Afterwards we headed back home to go to Logan's 9th birthday party. We all had fun playing arcade games and laser tag and celebrating Logan turning 9.

We had a fun night out going to the kids' school Auction night. We got dressed up, had a baby sitter and went to the Portland Golf Club for the night. It was nice to have a night without the kids. Sean and I won a Black Butte trip during the silent Auction and also a fun laser tag and arcade birthday party package for Brandon. We met up with our neighbors there and Brooke and Taylor.

The following week, the kids randomly did not have school on Wednesday as they had a statewide walk out to try to get more funding for the schools. I took the kids out to breakfast at Biscuits and then to the zoo. The weather was awesome and we saw the elephants being fed which was really cool and in the water.
