Father's Day

Due to the 9 days of snow days, Father's Day fell on the Sunday before school got out this year.  We had just wrapped up baseball a few weeks earlier and did not have any swim lessons as those had just ended.  The kids were very excited to celebrate Daddy's Day as they call it and give Sean their presents that they made at school.  They did a really cute job this year and Olivia made Sean a BBQ King apron and a cute card that says Strong Like Daddy with her picture and her wearing a superman cape.  Brandon gave Sean his kinder self portrait he drew at the beginning and end of the year.  I got Sean a nice Apron he had been wanting with all the cooking he did, a cute picture frame that Olivia picked out with the two kids on a hike with Sean at Mary's Peak over Memorial Day weekend, and a digital meat thermometer that he was excited to try out on the Traeger.  We had a very yummy breakfast outside since the weather was awesome after Sean got to enjoy a nice long gym workout first thing in the morning.  Then we took the kids swimming at the YMCA and hit up our favorite growler/Brewery place in Sherwood before heading home for a yummy dinner.
