Mother’s Day fell on the Sunday after my birthday this year. Sean’s mother came up to Portland for the weekend to spend time with us and her mother who is in Clackamas. On the Saturday before Mother’s Day I went out with my girlfriends Rosie, Beth, and Brooke to lunch and then we get a Pedicure. While I was hanging out with the girls, Sean took the kids to have brunch with his mom and his Aunt and Uncle and his Grandma. Then that night we went over to Sean’s good friend Ben’s house for a BBQ party in his backyard. The weather unfortunately was bad and very rainy and cold but we still had fun.
The next day, Sean made his mother and me some very yummy Eggs Benedict for breakfast. The kids gave me their homemade gifts and cards from school which were really cute. Olivia made me a card stating all the reasons why she loved me, which was entertaining. I also got flowers and some Apple Watch bands for my new Apple watch from the kids and Sean.

Later that afternoon, Rachel, Jasper, and Patrick came to visit us and it was so fun to have Jasper and Brandon reunited again! They visited for just the day and then headed down to Corvallis. It was a very good Mother’s Day.
