End of Fall Sports

Olivia had a few last month of soccer.  We were able to make all of the games except the last one that we were in Disneyland for.  The girls improved tremendously as a team.  They began spacing out more on the field and played positions. They also got better at kicking the ball.  I got to coach one of the games as Taylor was gone out of town and had fun watching them progress.  They won quite a few games and did great.

Olivia's last two games ended well with her scoring in each of the games.  They won the last 2 games which was fun.  We were able to get almost all of the girls a goal this season which was really cool.  We had a fun end of the year party at one of the girl's parents' indoor soccer facilities.  Then the girls all decided to play indoor soccer and we signed them all up for more fun in the winter!

Brandon had a fun end of the year flag football season.  He got unlucky with the rainy weather most Sundays but actually had a few sunny Sundays in a row at the end.  He got to be quarterback and a few times and got to catch the ball a few times. He also seemed to be understanding more how to play and the positions and running routes better.  He had a fun season.

We missed Brandon's last two baseball games of the season because we were in Disneyland and the weekend before his game was unfortunately rained out but Brandon had a really fun season with awesome coaches and learned a lot.  He went from not hitting very well at the beginning of the season to fielding balls well and to getting a double on the last game.  His last game was his best game by far.  It was a very fun season and he is excited for Spring ball where he gets to actually steal bases gets walks.

Pitching and doing great!
