Pomerleau Family Blog: November fun!

November was a month filled with the start of basketball. Olivia started his first basketball league through MVP and had fun playing with her classmates. The league was co-ed but Olivia held her own and scored quite a few times. Olivia had so much fun playing basketball that she decided to play again in another league when her basketball season ended.

We had Pumpkin for a good chunk of November while my parents were in Portugal. We had so much fun walking Pumpkin with Lulu and hanging out with her. She fit right in except for the night when she pooped all over my bedroom because she was mad I gave her a bath. Olivia got her hair cut and my hair dresser straightened her hair. She loved it and suddenly looked so old. We had a fun hike in the Tualatin River Nature Center with Brandon's cub scout den.

Olivia started up indoor soccer and had fun playing with her teammates from outdoor soccer. She enjoyed the fast paced action of indoor soccer. We took the kids to the new kids fun entertainment center called Langers. Both kids had a blast doing the rock climbing. We also ate some yummy food, played arcade games, and did laser tag.

My parents came and got Pumpkin towards the middle of November. We all missed her. We racked some leaves and I broke open my wine advent calendar, played some more indoor soccer, played basketball, and saw Frozen 2 with a lot of Olivia's fellow soccer mates.

Brandon got to celebrate his birthday early (6 days before his actual birthday) with my mom who was watching the kids for the Monday and Tuesday before Thanksgiving and he also got to celebrate with Jasper, Rachel, and Juniper for the day as well. He was a bit excited by getting his Pokemon Sword game from CiCi!
